20-20 Trustees, one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing independent trustee firms has appointed James Chalk as an Associate Director.Chalk began his career in corporate restructuring, before specialising as an employer covenant advisor in 2007. Chalk joins from PwC where he has spent the last five years as a senior manager in their covenant advisory team working with both trustees and sponsors of DB schemes with assets of up to GBP1 billion. Chalk has undertaken covenant assessments of employers in a wide variety of sectors, as well as advising trustees and sponsors through complex corporate transactions and restructurings.
