280 CapMarkets has appointed of one of its founders, Prescott Nasser, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Nasser has an exceptional history of delivering innovative technologies to financial markets. Leveraging early studies at UC Berkeley and Stanford focused on economics and cognitive science, with specialisation in artificial intelligence and computer science, he brings unique and valuable approaches to hard industry problems.
Nasser and his team of fintech developers are building a better way for wealth advisors to invest in bonds. He leads the cloud software and network design for 280 Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 280 CapMarkets, with the focused goal of improving bond price transparency and trade execution.
