Alpha FMC appoints new Global Head to lead Alpha Data Solutions business globally

RELATED TOPICS

Alpha FMC (Alpha), has hired Lee Griggs as the new Head of the Alpha Data Solutions business.

Griggs has a record of international business building, with over 20 years Capital Markets experience, providing market leading enterprise and SaaS solutions to leading financial institutions globally. Griggs brings extensive knowledge of strategy creation, execution and expansion and has a proven track record in business development, process management and organisational optimisation.

Griggs will be focusing on delivering the ambitious growth plans, both organically and inorganically, related to data management, analytics and data science solutions for the Asset Management and Private Capital sectors. Conservative estimates indicate poor data quality costs the Investment Management industry over USD1 billion each year. The existing solutions in ADS product portfolio help address and reduce these losses in areas such as AUM, Flow and Revenue data management to support a rapidly expanding range of Business & Investor reporting & analytics use cases across the enterprise.

Since its inception, ADS has built a team of deep industry experts and continues to extend its product offering and client base.

Euan Fraser, Alpha FMC Global Chief Executive Officer, says: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Lee Griggs. Lee brings fantastic experience in product-led businesses and we look forward to continuing to build the ADS product and client base in the coming years.”

Griggs, Head of ADS, says: “I am delighted to be joining Alpha Data Solutions and leading the expansion globally. I have been extremely impressed by the talent in the team, the innovative technology and the ambition of all within Alpha.”
