Arden Partners, an AIM listed institutional stockbroking company has made a number of new appointments to support the anticipated growth of its business.

Sebastian Wykeham has joined Arden’s Sales team. He has recently returned from the USA where he was an Investor Relations Director. Previously, he provided equity sales, broking and deal origination expertise to Cenkos, WH Ireland, Astaire Securities and Daniel Stewart as well as having worked as a fund manager at Singer & Friedlander.

Alison Watson has joined the Research Desk. Watson joins from a communications consultancy where she was responsible for advising clients on strategic communications. Previously, Alison was with Investec, Liberum, the Matrix Group and UBS where she was an Analyst primarily providing Real Estate Equity research.

Further to these appointments, Arden Partners also added four additional members to the team. Two Research appointments have been made to support its well-recognised and growing research offering. Two corporate financiers have also been appointed to support the team’s growing client base following a number of recent client wins.

Chief Executive Officer, Donald Brown, says: “We are delighted to welcome these new additions to the Arden team. The new appointments will allow us to further strengthen our position in the market, increasing support in the sectors where we are particularly strong. We’re feeling optimistic about 2021, despite the challenges the pandemic has brought, it has improved liquidity as retail buyers have come back into the market and we’re seeing pockets of value, particularly in small and micro-cap companies. We have worked extremely hard over the last few months to ensure we provide the best service to our clients, something I am particularly proud of, and testament to the quality of our team. We are very confident these new additions will be invaluable as we grow our client base over the coming months.”
