Arthur D Little has appointed Petter Kilefors as Managing Partner and CEO of ADL in the Nordic region.
Kilefors says: “Arthur D Little has a first-class, market-leading team working with local and multi-national clients in private and public sector. I am taking over at an exciting time. Businesses in the Nordics are increasingly looking for quality advisors who master the combination of strategic and innovative issues for competitiveness, growth and efficiency.”
After joining ADL in 1997, Kilefors was promoted partner in record time, at the age of 28 he was the youngest partner ever. He has been one of ADL's most sought for advisors in a variety of complex issues and sectors. Early on, Petter was recognised by business weekly Veckans Affärer’s at the list of young people in power positions and has held the role of Global Practice Leader for ADL’s Strategy & Organisation Practice with operations in 25 countries for many years.
Kilefors replaces Bo Lenerius, who has been leading ADL Nordic as CEO for 15 years. Bo will remain on the Nordic leadership team and as a member of ADL’s Global Board of Directors and management; however, he will devote the majority of his time to business and client development.
Lenerius adds: “Petter is an exceptional advisor with deep knowledge of the investment environment, strategy and innovation issues and corporate governance. I look forward to continued cooperation, developing the firm for our clients' best and strengthen our position in Gothenburg, which is my base."
Kilefors has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and Rotterdam School of Management.
