Aviva to redeem EUR650m fixed/floating rate subordinated notes due 2023

Aviva has notified the holders of EUR650m Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2023 that it shall redeem the notes in full on 2 October 2013 at their principal amount together with accrued interest to (but excluding) 2 October 2013.

 
In addition, the issuer has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority, in its capacity as UK listing authority, to cancel the listing of the notes on the official list of the UK listing authority with effect from (and including) 3 October 2013.
