Brandes Investment Partners hires Institutional Client Portfolio Manager

Brandes Investment Partners (Europe) Limited has hired Adam MacNulty as Institutional Client Portfolio Manager, based in the firm’s Dublin office.

In this role, MacNulty (pictured), will work with institutional clients and consultants in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to provide insights and interpretation of the firm’s value investing philosophy and portfolio strategies.
 
“We are very excited to welcome Adam to Brandes’ EMEA team,” says Ian Sunder, President of Brandes Investment Partners (Europe) Limited. “Adam brings over 20 years of industry experience to his position as Client Portfolio Manager. This appointment follows a period of growth for our EMEA business and we are confident that our clients will benefit from Adam’s wide-ranging industry experience, and his passion for fundamental value investing.”
 
MacNulty has 24 years of industry experience, including as a Client Portfolio Manager of Multi-Asset Solutions at Pioneer Investments and as a Senior Fund Manager at Davy Asset Management. Prior to those roles, Mac Nulty was Head of EAFE Equity Product at Bank of Ireland Asset Management.
 
MacNulty is a CFA charterholder. He earned an MBS (Financial Services) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School at University College Dublin, and a BA (Economics) from University College Dublin.
