Casey, Quirk & Associates has appointed investment management industry veteran Peter Chambers as senior advisor for Europe.

Chambers is based in London and assumed this new position 1 November.

Over more than three decades, his broad experience has ranged from managing money for sovereign wealth funds to developing alternatives business strategies. He has held multiple senior positions at prominent investment management organizations, including serving as CEO and chief investment officer at Legal & General Investment Management; CEO of Framlington Group; and chief investment officer at Gartmore.

“Europe’s investment managers are turning a corner and refocusing on growth,” says Yariv Itah, Casey Quirk’s managing partner. “Peter’s appointment as senior advisor in Europe underlines our rapid expansion in this key market.”

From offices in Darien, Conn., New York City, and Hong Kong, Casey Quirk advises investment management organisations throughout the Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, including a majority of the 50 largest asset managers.

“Casey Quirk’s reputation is well-earned as the premier management consultant devoted solely to the investment management industry and I’m thrilled to work with this excellent team,” Chambers says.
