Both will report to Philippe Marchessaux, head of BNP Paribas Investment Partners.

Dennery will be in charge of consolidating the leadership of BNP Paribas’ multi-management specialist arm, FundQuest, both in France and on a global scale. She joined BNP Paribas in 2001 as head of strategy for the group’s corporate and investment bank, before going on to be named director of corporate development for the North American territory in 2002. In 2004, she moved across to BNP Paribas Insurance as head of finance, development, strategy and asset management and member of the executive committee. She is also chairman of Cardif Asset Management.

Anastassiades has been named executive chairman of FFTW, the global fixed income partner of BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Based in New York, his role will be to pursue the development of FFTW, assisted by Debbie Hazell, chief executive of FFTW. Anastassiades joined BNP Paribas Group in 2007 as chief executive of FundQuest and, over the past two years, has been the driving force behind numerous projects, notably the acquisition of UK multimanager IMS.
