Citigroup’s Global Transaction Services business has appointed Kevin Miles as Director of Sales for Third Party Loan Agency in Agency and Trust Services. In this role, Miles will provide Citi’s clients with named agent and private label loan administration services, as well as successor agent services for established loan facilities. Based in Dallas, Miles will report to Paul Burke, Managing Director, Head of Agency and Trust Sales for the Americas at Citi.

Prior to joining Citi, Miles was employed at Bank of New York Mellon for 12 years, where he most recently led business development for their third party loan agency business, and managed their acquisition of IBJ Whitehall’s third party loan agency business. Prior to BONY, Kevin was a Senior Analyst for Nomura Securities where he focused on customer retention in Nomura’s commercial real estate portfolio.

Alan Smith (pictured), Managing Director and Head of Issuer Services at Citi, says: “We’re pleased that Kevin has joined Citi to drive sales for the Third Party Loan Agency business and look forward to his contributions to our clients and business. His extensive experience and impressive track record will be instrumental in further building this critical business and developing new opportunities as we seek to grow Citi’s Agency and Trust franchise.”
