Partner Adrian Jones has joined Crowell & Moring’s international dispute resolution group in London, adding experience in investor-state and commercial arbitration matters.

Jones joins Crowell & Moring from Fasken Martineau where he was a partner.

"The addition of Adrian to our IDR group and London office is a tremendous asset to our clients and complement to our disputes team. As our clients face increasingly complex disputes, Adrian enhances our overall international capabilities and offerings, and we look forward to him supporting our continued growth in the London international arbitration field," says George Dd Ruttinger, co-chair of Crowell & Moring's international dispute resolution group.

With extensive experience advising companies around the world, Jones brings nearly 20 years of experience to Crowell & Moring in resolving international disputes. He has assisted clients on matters, including investor-state and commercial arbitration, complex jurisdictional disputes, dispute resolution methodologies and procedures, and more. In particular, Jones' work focuses on representing clients in the oil and gas, mining, and financial services arenas. Jones has particular experience handling matters in Russia/CIS, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

"Crowell & Moring offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with attorney teams across offices and practice groups that best fit my clients' needs. The firm has a proven record of client-centric service and creative problem solving that distinguishes it from other firms. I look forward to working with this highly regarded group of attorneys," says Jones.

Focusing his practice on international arbitration, Jones advises on and represents clients in arbitrations conducted under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), as well as on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation matters in the courts of England and Wales. His clients include multinational corporations, investors, and numerous natural resources companies.
