Pensions administration specialist Trafalgar House has appointed Daniel Taylor to the newly created position of director.

Taylor (pictured) is based in the newly opened central London office from 7 November 2016.

Garry Wake, managing director of Trafalgar House, says: “High-quality pensions administration is essential to the smooth running of any pension scheme. Over the last 10 years we have worked hard to set the highest standards of administration by keeping our clients and their members at the core of what we do. Our excellent staff and first-class technology, coupled with the long term commitment of our sponsor, provide the solid foundations for future service development and organic growth.

“Attracting knowledgeable, energetic, like-minded industry expertise at all levels is key to our continued success and so we are very pleased to welcome Dan to our team. His innovation and passion is widely respected in the industry and he clearly shares our ethos, values and commitment to providing outstanding client and member service. His role will include oversight of our client relationships, shaping the member experience and leading our commercial strategy – his influence will be seen right across the business.”

Taylor says: “It is a fantastic time to be joining Trafalgar House as the demand for high-quality pensions administration continues to rise. Trafalgar House has established itself as one of the few providers with a proven track record on delivering innovative member-focused solutions – something I am very passionate about. I look forward to adding my experience to a highly professional team to showcase what a positive difference truly excellent administration can make to member and trustee outcomes.”

Taylor joins Trafalgar House from Premier Pensions, where he spent 10 years as head of administration services. He previously held administration management positions with Liberata and Gissings.
