Dash Financial Technologies, a provider of multi-asset trading technology and execution services platforms, has appointed Jamie Bogen as Managing Director, Execution Services.

In this role she will be responsible for helping advance the firm’s institutional business development strategy across the buy side and further enhance Dash’s consultancy-led approach to execution customisation, workflow and analytics/visualisation.

Jamie (pictured), brings over 25 years’ experience in the capital markets, working on both the buy and sell side. She joins from Bloomberg Tradebook, where she spent nine years, most recently serving as a senior client relationship manager. Prior to Tradebook she spent over twenty years at Bear Stearns, eventually becoming a senior managing director in the firm’s asset management business. In 2013 Bogen received Traders Magazine’s Women on Wall Street Crystal Ladder Award.

“Jamie is one of the most respected individuals in the equity trading industry and we could not be happier to welcome her to the firm,” says Peter Maragos, CEO of Dash Financial Technologies. “With the knowledge, experience and relationships she brings across both sides of the Street, Jamie will be an invaluable resource as we work to further deepen our team of experts who help our clients drive performance, however they measure it.”

Bogen says: “Traders across the industry are being tasked with adding value in new ways. Dash’s suite of advanced trading technologies and transparency tools allow them to do just that, bringing a level of intelligence and control to the trading process that was impossible only a few years ago. I’m excited to join the firm’s impressive team and begin this next chapter in my career.”
