Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeAWM) has appointed Chris Guttilla as a managing director and client advisor.

Based in New York, Guttilla reports directly to Brett Kellam, managing director and regional executive for the New York private client services office.

Guttilla has more than 25 years of experience covering ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He joins DeAWM from Barclays Wealth (formerly Lehman Brothers) where he spent the last 15 years of his career.

Prior to that, Guttilla held client advisor positions at Everen Securities, PaineWebber and Oppenheimer.

Erica Mongello has also joined the firm as a vice president and client analyst. Most recently, she worked at Barclays Wealth as an investment representative on Guttilla’s team.

“We are excited for Chris to join our team, as his extensive experience and deep relationships will be critical to expanding our business in the region,” says Kellam.
