Fidelity appoints Global Head of Workplace Investing Distribution

Fidelity International has appointed Jenny Segal as Global Head of Workplace Investing Distribution, reporting to Keith Metters, Head of Global Workplace Investing.

Segal joined Fidelity International on 5th July 2021 and has more than 25 years’ experience in institutional markets across a wide range of asset classes. Most recently, Segal was Managing Director, Head of European Distribution & Global Head of Consultants at AMG.
 
A qualified actuary, with a background in pensions and investment consulting, previous roles include Managing Director, Head of Institutional – Europe at Neuberger Berman and Head of Institutional & Hedge Fund Business at Old Mutual Asset Managers. She has also held senior positions at Alliance Bernstein, Baring Asset Management, and KPMG Pensions.
 
Alongside her expertise in asset management, Segal is an accomplished public speaker providing audiences with insights and practical techniques to motivate, build resilience and improve workplace culture. She combines this with her love of photography and has recently written a book, On Motivation: Building Better Workplace Cultures.
 
Segal will also be spending one day a week working with Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good.

Segal takes on the role from Julian Webb, who will be retiring this summer after 17 years at Fidelity International.
