FundRock Management Company (FundRock), a European third-party UCITS Management Company (ManCo) and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), has been appointed as the management company of the newly launched Primus Solutions ICAV (Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle).In this capacity, FundRock will provide the legal and regulatory framework for the ICAV and undertake the delegate oversight of the sub-fund.
Primus Solutions ICAV, the umbrella fund, has a sub-fund called the Primus Fixed Income Smart Beta Fund that will obtain synthetic exposure to a portfolio of fixed income indices. As a smart beta fund, it will deploy systematic, quantitative and rules-based investment strategies.
