Global Markets Advisory Group (GMAG) has added Robert Zito, founder of Zito Partners, as a Senior Adviser providing communications and marketing counsel for GMAG clients.

The firms have entered into a joint venture relationship to represent companies seeking to access the public markets, to handle regulatory inquiries, and to craft brand-related messaging for clients.

Global Markets Advisory Group (GMAG) provides clients with solutions to improve the quality of their regulatory programs, assist with capital formation plans, streamline trading operations, and improve technology capabilities. The GMAG team is composed of senior market practitioners, regulators, and operations and marketing professionals who together possess decades of domestic and international experience in financial markets.

Zito Partners is a public relations and marketing communications firm with expertise in financial communications, crisis management, leadership positioning and, specific to this relationship, experience in developing opportunities presented through a public offering.

While Executive Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange and a member of its Management Committee, Zito built the NYSE brand into one of the most respected in the world, and managed the communications plans for new listing activities of more than 1,100 publicly-traded companies.

"The team at GMAG, many of whom I have known personally for decades and respect from my time on Wall Street, are an outstanding group of executives who combined have more than 150 years of experience dealing with regulatory, technology and market structure issues, so important to companies in the financial industry today," says Zito. "Providing the combined benefit of our experience to GMAG clients will offer one-stop shopping and unrivaled experience for those companies."

"Bob is a legend on Wall Street for his work at the New York Stock Exchange, and there is continuing benefit from the brand platform and foundation he and his team built," says Charles P Dolan, GMAG Managing Member. "His 20+ years of Management Committee experience at the NYSE and at publicly-traded companies, coupled with his current work helping clients with crisis, marketing and communications issues, will be a significant benefit to GMAG clients.
