Hatstone appoints new group partner

Hatstone Lawyers has appointed Mark Rawlins as group partner. Rawlins, who will be based in Hatstone’s Jersey office, specialises in investment funds, corporate and commercial, banking and finance and M&A, for a variety of clients including mega funds, start ups, holding companies, and business and family offices.

Rawlins (pictured), provides both Jersey and Cayman Islands advice for his clients, covering transactional matters, dispute resolution and regulatory advice. He is a frequent speaker and contributor of articles to the business community. 
 
Rawlins says:  “It is a great pleasure to be joining Hatstone – their passion for innovation and intelligent law provides a perfect fit and a platform for excellent client service.” 
 
Group Partner Simon Vivian says: “We are delighted that Mark is joining us.
