Inalytics launches elite performance coaching for fund managers

RELATED TOPICS

Inalytics has launched a service that combines coaching techniques from the world of sport with its analysis of the investment decision making process.

Inalytics delivers insights into the link between the quality of the investment process and the resulting performance.

The fund manager’s investment process is analysed to measure the skill behind every decision, and to identify behavioural biases which can harm performance.

The fund manager is then provided with a bespoke coaching strategy, delivered Inalytics and Shane Sutton, the head coach of British Cycling.

Rick Di Mascio, CEO of Inalytics, says: “The service will help asset managers see beyond their track records and help them understand and strengthen their investment process. This collaboration with Shane provides fund managers the tools and support needed to fine-tune their performance.

“Shane has brought the team unparalleled success with his coaching techniques and we are excited to be working alongside him to offer fund managers an elite coaching programme to help them win.”

Sutton (pictured) says: “There is no great secret to the methods I use with my athletes and coaches. It’s about the aggregation of marginal gains based on evidence and challenging that evidence to improve performance and decision making. In the sports world success comes from consistency, a commitment to implementing those improvements and the difference between winning and losing is often a fraction of second. I am now very excited to be working with like-minded people at Inalytics, who value those very same evidence based principles when coaching the best of the best. The parallels are uncanny and this is a really exciting prospect.”
