Invesco has priced a USD400m public offering of 28.6 million common shares at USD14.00 per share.

Invesco has priced a USD400m public offering of 28.6 million common shares at USD14.00 per share.

The underwriters, Merrill Lynch, Citi and Morgan Stanley, will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.29 million of common shares to cover over-allotments.

Invesco expects the offering to close on or about 26 May 2009.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other options, support for continued growth, new product initiatives and diversification of the company, and repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
