Investec Asset Management has added to its Multi-Asset Investment Team with the appointment of Imran Ahmad, who joins as a portfolio manager within the team.
Investec Asset Management’s Multi-Asset Team has established a three-decade track record of managing multi-asset growth and income strategies. The range of solutions managed by the 32-strong team is designed to address the investment outcomes required by institutional and advisor clients globally.
Bringing with him a wealth of cross-asset class expertise, Ahmad joins from Standard Life Investments where he was portfolio manager of the EMD Unconstrained Fund. Prior to this, he held portfolio management responsibilities at JP Morgan Asset Management. He is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a research assistant, and holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge.
