IQ-EQ makes two senior appointments in the Netherlands

RELATED TOPICS

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, has appointed two directors in its Netherlands office.

Eva Eenink joins IQ-EQ Netherlands as a director of Private Wealth & Family Office Services while Tom Mahon has been appointed to its Fund Services team as a client services director.

Eenink joins IQ-EQ from Van Lanschot Kempen, the oldest independent financial institution in the Netherlands, where she was a wealth manager. She has 25 years’ experience in wealth management and private banking. Her focus has always been on client relationship management, working closely with numerous (ultra-)high-net-worth individuals and their family offices.

In her new role at IQ-EQ – a newly created position within the growing team – Eenink’s core focus will be on developing and executing the commercial strategy of the firm’s Private Wealth & Family Office segment within the Dutch market and beyond. She will be an active driver of new business while also managing key client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all levels.

Mahon, meanwhile, moves into IQ-EQ’s Amsterdam-based Fund Services department having been part of the Dutch business since 2017. Previously, he was part of the Private Equity team focused on supporting private equity (PE) clients and their investment holding vehicles. In his new role, Mahon will oversee the delivery of a complete range of fund administration, investor administration and compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients, including fund/asset managers and family offices.

Having started as a fund accountant with a Dutch asset management firm, Tom has since garnered 10 years’ industry experience and has strong technical expertise in private markets and PE funds, fund accounting and investor management. Before joining IQ-EQ, he was a PE-focused senior financial account manager for another leading global administration services provider.

Managing Director of IQ-EQ Netherlands, Luc Hollman, says: “I am delighted to share the news of Tom’s new role within our Dutch business and to welcome Eva to IQ-EQ. These appointments reflect a strengthening of our senior team in the Netherlands and I am confident both Eva and Tom will make their mark as we seek to drive continued commercial success and growth across our multiple service segments.”
