This appointment is part of IRESS’ strategy to expand its trading community, leveraging its experience and service delivery capability and continuing to build its presence in the UK.

Sancenot has over 15 years’ experience in trading and post trade solutions, most recently as Executive Vice President of Trading within the Capital Market division at SunGard, responsible for global product strategy. Matt Rady, IRESS Group Executive, Financial Markets, says: “Lionel has the strategic capability, and breadth and depth of experience to grow a range of exciting new business initiatives for 2015 and beyond. He will bring an invaluable perspective to our existing business delivery and global growth and we are excited to have him come on board.”

Sancenot says: “IRESS has established itself as a key player in buy and sell side solutions in its core markets, with a growing presence in the UK. I am excited to have the opportunity to build on this platform  and develop a globally connected trading community.”
