Jennison Associates has appointed Jeffrey T Becker as chairman and chief executive officer of the company, effective 3 October 2016.
Jennison is an investment manager of PGIM, the global investment management businesses of Prudential Financial.
Becker (pictured) was most recently CEO of Voya Investment Management (formerly ING US Investment Management), the asset management subsidiary of Voya Financial, and a member of Voya Financial’s Executive Committee. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Voya’s asset management business, including institutional, retail, retirement, and affiliate channels.

Becker is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable, Institutional Investor’s US Institute and the Economic Club of Washington, DC. He also sits on the AmeriCares board of directors.
