"Don's industry experience and deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that our DC clients face will help us sharpen our focus, accelerate momentum, and continue to drive a consistent client experience. With his leadership, we look forward to further strengthening our presence in the DC space."
MacQuattie has more than 20 years of experience creating and executing sales and distribution strategies in the DC space. He previously led relationship management initiatives across all product lines for some of the Capital Group's largest distribution partners, including Fidelity, Vanguard, T Rowe Price, Pershing and TD Ameritrade. Before that he was responsible for non-profit and government retirement plan offerings at Hartford Financial Services, and built and launched the Retirement Plans Group's Key Accounts team. He also spent 12 years with Merrill Lynch, where he managed the New York City district's retirement plan sales and marketing efforts, overseeing more than USD1 billion in corporate retirement plan assets.
