Mitchenall joins as a Client Director from BackBay Communications, where he was responsible for establishing and growing the company’s London office. He has over 10 years’ experience in financial services communications, both in an agency role and as a journalist, and has advised clients on all aspects of strategic communications, content, branding and crisis management. Toby is a former editor of Private Equity International magazine and therefore brings a detailed understanding of the issues facing the private equity industry along with strong contacts in the media and institutional investment market.

She has more than five years’ experience of managing corporate positioning, profile raising and media placement campaigns for leading asset management firms and banking businesses in Europe and the US. Krupa also has experience in the consumer sector having begun her career providing PR and events support to a number of luxury brands.

Julian Samways, Managing Director at JPES Partners, says: “These appointments reflect the strong and continuous growth that JPES has experienced over the course of the last five years, along with our commitment to further strengthen our resources to meet the needs of our clients and the wider asset management industry. Toby and Krupa join us with extensive experience across a broad range of markets and financial services sectors, particularly in the sphere of private equity, and their additions will be invaluable as we seek to reach the next stage of our development and longer term ambitions.”
