KBRA adds Managing Director of Business Development

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) has appointed Brett Tarleton to the role of Managing Director within the Business Development group.

Tarleton (pictured), joins KBRA with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Most recently, he was an Executive Director at MSCI, Inc. where he focused on developing and fostering relationships with clients through product development and expansion of services and led various coverage teams. Prior to MSCI, Inc, Tarleton was Head of Sales and Marketing at Criterion Research Group, LLC, where he conceived and executed strategies for independent institutional research. Tarleton was also Senior Managing Director at Elkins/McSherry, a division of State Street Corporation, where he created and implemented strategies for the promotion of analysis products. Tarleton began his career as a Financial Consultant for Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc, where he advised high net worth individuals and small institutions on financial strategies and investments.
 
Tarleton holds an MBA in Global Business Management from Fordham University and a BS in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from Boston University.
