The Legis Group, specialists in fiduciary and fund administration, has appointed Adrian Relph as a director of Legis Trust Limited.

The Legis Group, specialists in fiduciary and fund administration, has appointed Adrian Relph as a director of Legis Trust Limited.

With over 16 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, Relph started out his career with Kleinwort Benson, within the fiduciary division. 

Moving to Deutsche Bank to gain international exposure he headed a team with particular focus towards Latin America. Along with heading up fiduciary teams within the Guernsey and Geneva office he was responsible for many of the group’s most important client relationships, being involved in the provision of fiduciary as well as the bank’s private client, banking and investment services. 

‘I am genuinely excited about joining the Legis Group. With its association with Ozannes and over 30 years of fiduciary, corporate and fund administration, I am proud to be part of the team to take the business forward,’ says Relph.

‘We are delighted to have Adrian on board, adding additional strength and experience to the senior management team, as we continue to grow and expand our jurisdictional reach to meet client demands,’ says Stuart Platt-Ransom, group managing director of the Legis Group.
