Lothian, Falkirk and Fife Pension Funds appoint new Joint Investment Strategy Panel advisers

RELATED TOPICS

The Joint Investment Strategy Panel (JISP) of Lothian, Falkirk and Fife Local Government Pension Funds (LGPS) has appointed three independent advisers: Scott Jamieson, Kirstie MacGillivray and Stan Pearson. Jamieson has been reappointed as an existing member and MacGillivray and Pearson will take up the position for the first time.

Elaine Muir, Head of Finance for Fife Council and Chair of the JISP, says: “We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Kirstie and Stan as new members of JISP and the re-appointment of Scott as an existing member. We were impressed by the caliber of candidates we met during the selection process and in Kirstie, Stan and Scott we have an ideal blend of skills and experience to cover our needs for macro, equities and governance fields.
“I look forward to working with the new advisers as we make progress with our collaboration that accounts for some GBP14 billion of assets under management held on behalf of members of the LGPS in Scotland.”
