Maitland adds to Board

Global advisory and fund administration firm Maitland has appointed Dena Brumpton and Denise Everall to the firm’s Board as Non-Executive Directors. The new Board members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm and align to Maitland’s long-standing collaborative and inclusive culture.

Brumpton brings over 30 years’ experience as a senior financial services professional and most recently served as CEO for Barclays Savings, Investments and Wealth Management. Prior to that, Dena had a 30 year career with Citigroup, the last five years of which were in the role of global Chief Operating Officer of Citibank Private Bank. Regarded as one of the leading women executives within financial services, she has been recognised as a Top 25 ‘Women of Inspiration and Enterprise’ (2012) and a City Power Woman (2014), as well as being a member of Cancer Research UK Women of Influence Board (2013 – 2016). 

Brumpton says: “I am delighted to join such a great team at Maitland and look forward to contributing their continued success.”

Everall is a Senior Executive, Trustee, Director and chair with over 30 years’ experience in global operations line management, with a focus on fund administration within the financial services industry. She has run large global diverse teams of up to 4,000 people with budgets up to EUR1 billion and her most recent executive position was that of Global Head of Investment and Fund Services Operations at BNP Paribas. Everall is a founding member of the EMEA Citi Women’s Council and has a particular strength in coaching and mentoring staff at all levels. She was named Woman of Achievement 2002 by Women in Banking and Finance in recognition for her exceptional career within the industry and for the commitment shown to develop the careers of those around her.
