Morgan Stanley is commencing a secondary offering of all of its remaining MSCI shares.

Morgan Stanley is commencing a secondary offering of all of its remaining MSCI shares.

The offering will consist of 27,708,653 shares of MSCI class A common stock, par value USD0.01 per share.

MSCI will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the class A common stock.

Morgan Stanley is serving as sole book-running manager for the offering.

MSCI is a provider of investment decision support tools to investment institutions worldwide. MSCI products include indices and portfolio risk and performance analytics for use in managing equity, fixed income and multi-asset class portfolios.
