Nikko Asset Management (Nikko AM) has appointed Richard Kehoe as Senior High Yield Analyst for its Global Fixed Income team based in London.

Kehoe brings with him 14 years of investment management experience and will be responsible for leading the Global Fixed Income team’s research capability and broadening the Firm’s progressive solutions offering.

Kehoe joins Nikko AM from Goldman Sachs in New York where he specialised in US High Yield credit and helped to provide fixed income solutions for global clients.

“We are delighted to have Richard join our team. He brings a wealth of experience in providing credit research and client solutions. Richard’s expertise in US High Yield will also be instrumental in further enhancing our Global Credit research capability,” says Andre Severino, Global Head of Fixed Income.

The appointment of Richard demonstrates Nikko AM’s commitment to further expand its highly experienced team of global fixed income professionals in London. The Firm launched its Global Credit Strategy in August 2016 and has been expanding its product offering across numerous asset classes across the global fixed income universe.

Nikko AM’s Global Fixed Income team currently manages USD 11.4 billion across a range of products in Developed Markets, Emerging Markets, Global Credit, European Credit, Green Bonds, Multi-Currency and Money Market Funds.
