Nortons rebrands to Vistra following acquisition

RELATED TOPICS

Following the acquisition of Nortons Group by global administration and corporate service provider Vistra, Nortons will now operate under the Vistra brand.

Nortons was acquired by Vistra in February 2016 due to its expertise in supporting companies with their expansion abroad.

As part of the Vistra brand, the Nortons teams will have a leading role in the international management and development of the Vistra International Expansion service line.

Nortons says that apart from the change in name, it foresees no changes to the services provided to its clients. In the long term, operating under one brand will result in a stronger service offering and geographical presence, it says.

Under the Vistra name, the Nortons teams will remain in their offices in Reading, UK, and Redwood City, California.
