Ocorian appoints Head of Business Development – Corporate and Fund Services – USA

Ocorian, a specialist in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets, has appointed Marc van Rijckevorsel as Head of Business Development – Corporate and Fund Services for the US. Van Rijckevorsel is based in New York.

Van Rijckevorsel reports to Ocorian’s Chief Commercial Officer, Simon Behan, who remarked “We are delighted to welcome Marc to our team at this exciting stage of our growth. His commercial experience, expertise and client-focused approach will be instrumental in driving new business development for Ocorian both in the US and globally.”

Van Rijckevorsel has extensive experience working with large private equity, real estate, and infrastructure fund managers as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Van Rijckevorsel joins Ocorian from Intertrust where he held a variety of roles, most recently Commercial Director, based in New York, where he was responsible for business development and global client relationship management in the USA. 

Van Rijckevorsel holds two Masters degrees: one in corporate and the other in financial law. He has a proven track record in helping finance, legal and tax professionals with the set up and management of their investment structures globally. He has been based in New York for the last six years, prior to that in Luxembourg for two, and previously occupied multiple commercial roles in his native Netherlands.
