Ocorian appoints Head of Capital Markets — Luxembourg

Ocorian, a leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets, has appointed Sandra Bur as Head of Capital Markets — Luxembourg.

Bur, who has over ten years’ experience in the Luxembourg securitisation and structured finance market, joins Ocorian from Sanne where she was an Associate Director, based in Luxembourg.

Alan Booth, Ocorian’s Global Head of Capital Markets, says: “We are delighted to welcome Sandra to head our capital markets team in Luxembourg. She brings a deep understanding of transaction life cycles across asset classes, and she will play a vital role in leading our high performing capital markets team in Luxembourg, whilst working alongside our global capital markets teams.”

Her insights, relationships and impressive track record of excellence in overseeing capital markets transactions will add substantial value to our clients.
