Ogier promotes three partners

Ogier has promoted three partners – Fabien Debroise in the firm’s Luxembourg office, Niamh Lalor in the Jersey office, and Bruce MacNeil in the Jersey office.

Debroise has special expertise in syndicated lending and leveraged acquisition finance, as well as debt restructuring and insolvency.
 
Lalor has been with the group for over 13 years and in that time has developed a strong funds practice, with particular emphasis on the regulatory work undertaken in the team.
 
MacNeil joined Ogier in 2008 as part of the Jersey banking and finance team and he has led on numerous high value and high profile banking and finance transactions. He also works closely with the teams in both Guernsey and Luxembourg.
