Psigma appoints chief operating officer

Psigma Investment Management has appointed Nina Krishna to the newly created role of chief operating officer.



Krishna has 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and her career has spanned a variety of operations and management functions within the banking industry.

Krishna has held a number of senior positions at Chemical Bank, JP Morgan, UBS and recently worked at HSBC in Dubai as their chief operating officer for global banking, markets and private bank.

Her career started with Chemical Bank managing the retail banking and operations then moved on to JP Morgan where she spent 12 years in several roles ranging from supporting the institutional business to the private bank supporting high net worth clients. Krishna has been responsible for running business support teams across EMEA, Geneva, Hong Kong and Singapore. 
 
John Howard-Smith, chief executive of Psigma Investment Management, says: “I am delighted that we have managed to attract such a high calibre and experienced professional as Nina to join Psigma at such an important stage in our development. Nina’s initial focus will be to develop the operational infrastructure to support the strategic growth of the business.  Nina will also work closely with our senior management ream to ensure that Psigma remains client focused with excellent service as the bedrock of our offering.”
