Quantexa, a data and analytics software company specialising in contextual decision intelligence, has appointed former JP Morgan Chase CIO, Anabelle Bexiga, and former KPMG chairman, Simon Collins, to its advisory board.Having recently raised USD65 million in Series C funding and being recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies in the Sunday Times Tech Track, Quantexa has bolstered its advisory board to support its global growth drive. This comes as the company is increasingly deploying its category-leading Contextual Decision Intelligence (CDI) platform into enterprise IT environments across its core financial services market and additional vertical sectors.

Bexiga brings over 30 years’ experience in financial services technology, having held C-Suite roles and led large technology teams at several global financial services firms, including CIO roles at TIAA, Bain Capital, AIG, and JP Morgan Chase. Annabelle is also currently a CIO Advisor at Zoom Video Communications and a non-executive director on the boards of DWS Group, Stonex Group, and Triton International.

Collins was Chairman and Senior Partner of KPMG LLP until 2017. He holds a variety of chair, board and advisory roles with UK and international technology-enabled companies including Decoded, Signal-ai and Mind Maze. He is also a non-executive director of the Royal Air Force, Chairman of the University of Manchester’s Global Leadership Board, Chairman of the Catalyst Board for Cancer Research UK and Chairman of Resilience First.

Both new advisors will provide strategic and directional support across people, process and technology as Quantexa enters a new chapter and expands its platform application portfolio across financial services and into new sectors. The company is seeking to capitalise on rapid innovation driven by accelerating client demand, its growing global partner ecosystem and further expanding its regional operations into North America, Asia-Pacific and European territories.

Vishal Maria, Quantexa CEO, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Annabelle and Simon to Quantexa’s advisory board. Their extensive executive experience will complement our board’s existing world-class business, financial and technology experience gained at some of the most successful global businesses including Oracle, Tableau, Accenture, MI5 and ABN AMRO. As Quantexa scales into new markets and further develops its userbase and market footprint, our advisory board will continue to support us in shaping our strategy and execution, playing a key role in our growth journey.”
