RBC Global Asset Management adds to US equity investment team

RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM) has appointed Nidhi Chadda to the role of Portfolio Manager and Andrew Topps to the role of Senior Equity Analyst. Both have joined RBC GAM’s US equity team based in Chicago. 

Chadda (pictured), will provide fundamental research and portfolio management for RBC GAM’s small, SMID and mid-cap growth strategies. She began her career in the investment industry in 2010. In her previous role as vice president and generalist research analyst at Fred Alger Management, Nidhi focused on small-cap growth strategies. She also has more than seven years of investment banking and corporate finance experience at Greenhill & Co, Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co. She holds an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.    
 
Topps will provide fundamental research and analysis for RBC GAM’s small, SMID and mid-cap growth strategies. He began his investment career in 2002. In his previous role as a senior research analyst at Holland Capital, Andy focused on growth stock strategies and served on its investment committee. Prior experience also includes ten years of working in valuation, financial analysis and auditing services at Solomon Smith Barney, Harley-Davidson Financial Services and KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds an undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and is a CPA and CFA Charterholder.
