REIT analyst Jeffrey S Langbaum joins WJB Capital Group

Jeffrey S Langbaum has joined institutional broker-dealer WJB Capital Group as Director, Senior Analyst for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

"Adding Jeffrey to our best-in-class research team demonstrates our clear commitment to providing our clients with immediate, value-added analysis in the REIT space," says WJB Capital Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Craig Rothfeld. "Jeffrey’s keen insight into REITs is the ideal complement to our longstanding partnership with John Burns Real Estate Consulting, and I’m thrilled to have him on our team."
 
Langbaum has extensive experience in the REIT research space, most recently as Vice President – REITs at Barclays Capital, where he focused on office and commercial mortgage REITs. Prior to that, he was Vice President/Associate Research Analyst – REITs for Bear Stearns & Company where he was recruited to help build the REIT and real estate research practice.  Langbaum also served as an Associate Research Analyst for BTAlex.Brown Incorporated, working in both New York and Baltimore.

Langbaum earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
