Rockefeller Capital Management, an independent financial services firm, today announced Laura Esposito will join as Head of Institutional Distribution for Rockefeller Asset Management.

In this newly established position, Esposito will lead the effort to broadly distribute Rockefeller Asset Management’s global and small-cap equity, ESG and fixed income strategies to institutional investors, including pensions, sovereign wealth funds, and foundations & endowments as well as institutional consultants and financial intermediaries. Esposito will report to Chief Investment Officer David Harris and be based in New York City.

“Laura has two decades of experience in investment distribution, and a great reputation in the industry,” says Gregory J Fleming, President and CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management. “We are pleased for her to lead the institutional client team, and look forward to bringing our asset management capabilities to an expanded global client base.”

Esposito was most recently a senior vice president and co-head of global sales and marketing for TT International, a UK-based investment manager. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president in institutional sales and marketing for First Eagle Investment Management for nearly seven years. Esposito also spent four years in distribution for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and started her career at Lord Abbett, where she finished as a director.

“Laura has a proven track record of success in the industry, managing sales teams and institutional relationships,” says David Harris, CIO of Rockefeller Asset Management. “With her deep understanding of global investment strategies, we are confident Laura will build on the growth Rockefeller has seen in institutional asset management.”

Esposito is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business, and a member of the advisory council for the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership at Villanova University.
