Schroders is expanding its European equities footprint with the appointment of two experienced fund managers based in the Nordics.
Nordic equity investors Jan Brännback and Janne Lähdesmäki, who specialise in small and micro caps, will join Schroders from Aktia Asset Management in the New Year.
The Citywire AAA-rated managers boast a combined 36 years of investment experience, with a focus on allocating capital to quality growth companies at a reasonable price. They will be based in Schroders Helsinki office and will work closely with the business’ Global and International Small-Cap teams, as well as broader European equity managers.
