RELATED TOPICS

Stenham Asset Management has appointed Gary Rynhoud as global head of business development, while Lydia Carroll has assumed the position of business development manager.

Rynhoud has over 15 years’ international sales experience in the asset management industry and has built and managed a sales team to cover a global network of clients.

Rynhoud has held various senior positions at Man Investments which he joined in 1997 and was most recently deputy head of sales at Man Investments (Middle East).

In his role as global head of business development, he will work closely with Damian Brannan, managing director to grow the asset management business and to provide a high quality client service experience to Stenham’s clients.

Carroll has over eight years’ experience in investor relations and sales roles. Most recently she worked in the Middle East client group at Investec Asset Management in London, a role she held since 2011. There she focused on institutional relationships in the Middle East alongside UK and European family offices.  Prior to that she worked at Thélème Partners, a multi-billion dollar London based hedge fund.

Brannan says: “We are delighted to welcome Gary and Lydia to the Stenham team.  Stenham has a very strong offering across a range of products. This includes funds of hedge funds with outstanding long-term track records, alongside newer, innovative launches in healthcare, credit and global long only equity strategies.  Stenham is also an industry leader in offering clients bespoke solutions via managed accounts, something we have provided for over 20 years to family offices and private clients as well as to top tier institutions. Hiring Gary and Lydia is a big step forward in further augmenting our business development capabilities.”
