Tages Capital appoints Ed Morse as Sales Director for UK and Northern Europe

Tages Capital has appointed Ed Morse (pictured) as Sales Director with responsibility for spearheading sales and marketing for the UK and Northern Europe.

A seasoned executive with over 30 years’ in the funds industry, Morse has wide experience in the development and marketing of alternative investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. Morse was formerly Co-Head of Investment Trusts at F&C Asset Management with responsibility for business development. Prior to that, he spent 12 years as Sales Director at Thames River Capital; was Head of European Retail (ex-Switzerland) for Credit Suisse Asset Management; and a Managing Director at Robert Fleming Asset Management.
 
Jamie Kermisch, CEO of Tages Capital, says: “Ed brings a wealth of alternative funds experience and cross border distribution to Tages Capital. He has a proven track record of raising capital from a wide range of professional investors.  He has also helped lead, build and manage highly productive sales teams, working with multiple asset classes and product structures. We have ambitious plans to accelerate Tages Capital’s already significant growth since launch in 2011 and Ed will play a major role in developing our distribution as we launch a series of funds with new investment teams over the course of 2016”.
