He will be responsible for the business operations and administration of the firm's institutional consulting and retirement programmes including defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, endowments, foundations, Taft-Hartley plans, hospitals, municipalities and other institutional clients.
He will work closely with Peter Prunty, head of institutional consulting and retirement business development, to ensure the delivery of best-in-class solutions and processes to drive growth and support the firm's institutional consultants and their clients.
Duren will report to Jim Hausmann, head of corporate solutions and retirement services.
"We are thrilled to have Andrew join our institutional consulting leadership team in this newly created role. His vast experience leading and managing platforms dedicated to serving the complex needs of sophisticated clients will be immensely beneficial," says Hausmann.
