Vistra, a provider of expert advisory and administrative support to Fund, Corporate, Capital Market and Private Wealth clients, has appointed Antonio Soler as its new Managing Director and Head of US Corporate Services.

In this role, Soler will lead the US Corporate business, overseeing the commercial growth, operations and service delivery, onboarding, and advisory services for US corporate clients.

“We are delighted to have Antonio join Vistra at a pivotal time in our growth journey. The US Corporate business is one of the largest businesses for Vistra and we continue to invest in it to ensure our clients achieve their business ambitions,” says William Douglas, Chief Commercial Officer, Vistra.

“As US firms increasingly look to grow internationally and develop their business, they need a partner who can help them navigate these challenges and scale across the globe. This is where Vistra thrives and is well placed to work closely with clients to help them seize opportunities in the US and globally.”

Vistra’s offering to corporate clients include a range of services designed to help clients grow their business, simplify their corporate structure and manage their entities. New services are regularly introduced to keep up with the changing macro environment and changing client demands. For example, Vistra recently launched the Employer of Record service, which nicely complements existing international expansion services such as establishing offices, obtaining the necessary licensing, and ongoing services such as compliance, payroll and accounting.

All this is underpinned by a robust, secure Vistra technology platform including OverseasConnect and the Vistra Global Compliance Application, which provide clients the ability to manage global operations efficiently and securely.

Soler adds: “I am excited to be joining the Vistra team. With an enviable technology platform, global footprint and compelling service offering I believe we can help US clients be successful at a time of both disruption and opportunity.”

Soler joins Vistra from CT Corporation, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, where he led the international corporate services business. Prior to that, he held a number of senior leadership roles at TMF Group, leading sales, business development and marketing. He has a degree from Harvard University and a MBA from INSEAD.
