RELATED TOPICS

Radius, a US-based international expansion services firm, has been officially rebranded as Vistra, following completion of its acquisition in May 2018.

Stephen Chipman, former Radius Chief Executive Officer and now Divisional Managing Director, International Expansion, and Regional Managing Director of Americas at Vistra, says: “We are thrilled to complete the rebrand. Vistra is now one of the world’s leading international expansion services providers, and the number one provider in the US. Our newly integrated team of more than 1,300 expansion specialists provides even more coverage and a greater depth of local expertise for our clients, allowing them to effectively expand into new markets and realise their full business potential.”

Vistra’s International Expansion team helps clients mitigate the risks of international expansion and protect their businesses. Vistra offers a comprehensive suite of services including establishing offices, obtaining the necessary licensing to operate in foreign markets, and managing ongoing operations related to accounting, tax, compliance, company secretarial, global mobility, human resources, and payroll.
