Willis Towers Watson selects Hermes EOS for stewardship

Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company has selected Hermes EOS to provide voting and engagement services on the GBP3 billion of actively managed assets in the Global Equity Focus Fund.

Dr Hans-Christoph Hirt, Head of Hermes EOS, says: “Through active stewardship and meaningful engagement, we look to protect and enhance the value of our clients’ assets and safeguard their reputation. We engage with companies on a wide range of issues, including business strategy and risk management, which encapsulates environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks. Hermes EOS boasts an effective group of highly experienced and skilled, multi-national professionals, all committed to engaging with companies. We look forward to helping Willis Towers Watson with the aim of protecting and adding value to the assets in its Global Equity Focus Fund over the long-term.”
