Apex Group (Apex), a global financial services provider, has launched tax services delivered in Australia via subsidiary Throgmorton.
Throgmorton Australia Pty Ltd is now registered Tax Agent & ASIC agent, providing locally delivered tax compliance services in addition to accounting, HR, payroll, and company secretarial services to Australian clients.
To support this service development, Throgmorton has appointed Roger Dubin as Senior Manager. Based in Melbourne and reporting to Rajiv Kalra, Managing Director, Australia, Dubin will be responsible for leading the delivery of Australian tax reporting and distribution analysis to clients. He joins Throgmorton from TMF Group, bringing over a decade of experience in business services & tax for a range of SME and multinational clients operating through various company and trust structures.
This is the latest news regarding Apex’s rapid expansion strategy for its corporate solutions offering. In 2020, Throgmorton launched corporate solutions via the expansion of subsidiary Throgmorton, in the US and Jersey (Channel Islands), and unveiled a new a corporate services offering for clients across APAC in April followed by Switzerland and the UAE in July.
