Axiory.ai is launching a platform designed to allow artificial intelligence (AI) agents to interact with financial markets through a single standardised environment.
The system is designed to allow AI agents to access spot CFDs such as FX, stocks and ETFs through one infrastructure layer, enabling machines to retrieve market data and execute structured trading instructions.
The launch comes as a new technical standard for AI agents gains traction. Model Context Protocol, originally developed by Anthropic to connect AI systems with external tools, has seen rapid adoption across the tech sector with support from companies including Google, OpenAI and Microsoft.
When trading global financial markets, however, MCP infrastructure remains limited and typically focused on single asset classes such as US equities or crypto derivatives. Axiory.ai aims to expand that model through a four-layer system designed for both developers and non-technical users. The platform includes a traditional trading API, a cloud code environment for AI workflows, an MCP server for direct AI agent connectivity and a forthcoming strategy builder that converts natural language trading ideas into a fully autonomous trading strategy running in the cloud.
The technology was developed with Purple Technology, a firm specialising in brokerage systems. According to Axiory chief executive Roberto d’Ambrosio, the goal is to create infrastructure that allows AI agents and traders to access multiple markets from one environment rather than through fragmented systems.
The platform launches with a demo environment that allows users to test AI agents and strategies using virtual funds. David Kašper, director of Purple Technology and co-founder of Purple Group, said the industry is gradually moving toward what he describes as an agent driven model of trading.
“We expect a shift away from traditional trading interfaces toward personal AI assistants executing trades on behalf of users,” Kašper says. “This is a direction the financial technology sector is already moving toward.”
